Mike :nixos:<p>Well, this has been my smoothest arm experience yet. </p><p>Download a generic arm64 iso, boot to it, install. Nice.</p><p>NixOS 25.05 on gnome works great. And nearly all of my apps work as well. </p><p>Sadly <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/gitkraken" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gitkraken</span></a> and <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Spotify" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Spotify</span></a> both seem to have no arm64 builds :(. Two apps I do use on a daily basis. </p><p>Wonder If it's possible to run it via emulation, or help these packages to get native. </p><p>That is a good question. Is there something like <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Rosetta" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Rosetta</span></a> for <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>linux</span></a> ?</p><p>Can I run x86 software on this <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/arm" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>arm</span></a> box?</p>
