Wen<p>Interpreting spending</p><p>The Times reports that Labour outspent the SNP 3:1 in the last GE. Their conclusion, the SNP is doomed. Mine, Labour raised a vast amount of money from ‘private’ donors - it allows them to ignore their membership and country.
