City Beyond the Mist

This is an interesting image taken on the beach at Gulfport, Mississippi. I was taking a photo of a lone heron far out from shore on a sandbar and captured buildings and other structures that seem to rise up from beyond the horizon. like an ethereal city. The bird was to the east, so I think it's likely that I captured the city of Biloxi, Mississippi.
