Il fascismo spirituale moderno ti porta a fermarti, dandoti delle risposte semplici e brevi per farti capire quanto tu sia speciale. Ti fa capire che il posto in cui ti trovi va bene. È Xanax dell'anima (di cui fa parte anche il corpo, ma quello non è importante e va trasceso).
L'Ego diventa il più grande nemico di una "persona spirituale", anche se non si capisce come facciano poi a vivere nel mondo senza, e se fai qualcosa, qualunque cosa, è proprio per #Ego e stai sbagliando. Soprattutto se ti esponi a favore di una causa che non ti tocca direttamente! Perché non riesci ad andare oltre ai dualismi e vedi tutto o bianco o nero.

Heute war mein letzter Arbeitstag bei @digitalcourage.
Es war auch schön.
Ich bin dort vor gut drei Jahren hoch motiviert und mit großem Idealismus eingestiegen. Dieser Idealismus ist leider mit der Zeit, und vor allem nach der skandalösen Mitgliederversammlung im November 2023, immer mehr zu Skepsis und Frustration geworden. Ein fragwürdiges Demokratieverständnis in Führungspositionen und der Umgang mit Kritik waren Gründe dafür, aber auch die mangelhafte Aufarbeitung nach besagtem Eklat. Und ein anscheinend nicht gesehener starker Bedarf an Änderungen in Leitungskultur und Teamstrukturen, nachdem nun, mit neuem Vorstand und offiziellem neuen guten Anstrich nach außen wieder alles gut aussieht... Ich bin Nummer 11. Es ist so schade. Denn eigentlich habe ich gerne mit dem Team zusammen gearbeitet.
