I put this dandelion light up for sale! It’s the last one available, as the others have already been reserved. I’m offering a 25% discount because it flickers a little when touched or moved, but it generally stays steady when left in place.
I could have destroyed it, but it’s still a beautiful light. So, I offer anything with small defects at a discount instead.

I looked and saw that its leaves were also burned. At that time, I felt that the Tanpopo showed me the strength to live no matter what difficulties it faced.

(Continued from last post) The funny thing is, though, that even though all of this seems very deep and meaningful, what I really mean to say is that art is alive. And living things are often very down-to-earth and practical—they have to be, in order to survive.
Like a candle lit at Mary's feet: while it’s just a candle emitting fumes and posing a fire hazard, it is also a visual representation of a prayer. And it -is- a prayer. That’s how symbolism works—it’s not just about what it represents, but about being the thing it symbolizes. So, while there’s meaning and intention in this artwork, it’s also just a lamp, with a power cord and an LED that won’t last forever. Very prosaic.
