Bette<p>First time making Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread). I'd just taken it out of the oven and I'm drooling because of the yeasty aroma. They say that one shouldn't cut into it until 3 hours have passed. Yeah, right. I used a Pullman bread pan with cover and the bread was supposed to be flat on all sides, but I guess I didn't let it rise enough before I covered it. No worries.
