Worked well for a <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/dairyfree" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dairyfree</span></a> version.<br>2- Made them completely without chilling dough before rolling. This worked very well for me as rolling chilled dough was very difficult with my tendinitis.<br>3- Chilled overnight and baked in the morning!
