However, even if my claims were only about sex discrimination (not env/safety too) &amp; most of my claims were dismissed: I still survived 2 motions to dismiss from <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/BadApple" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BadApple</span></a> &amp; got a national NLRB complaint.</p><p>That's pretty damn good. 🔥</p>
Ashley M. Gjøvik, JD<p>Something important I forgot to mention (because I'm still having a nervous breakdown about it) is that interrupting a US Judge is not a trivial faux pas. Interrupting, then getting yelled at to stop, but continuing to interrupt, then the Judge calling you out for defiance, &amp; still interrupting them.... can get you held in contempt of court &amp; literally put in jail.</p><p>So this internet fiasco also appears to be the 17th? 18th? time Apple's tried to get me incarcerated. <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/BadApple" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BadApple</span></a></p>
