Every author should have a compassionate and insightful editorial team as part of their crew. From developmental editing to copyediting, we work with both indie and traditional authors to help forge their story.
I can never have too many mugs. Just look at this new one. I had to have it!
Reminder: I am offering my services as a developmental editor to all those who are willing. My services will set you back $1 for every 400 words (that's $250 for 100k) and will cover theming, plot development, world development, symbolism, and characterisation. I'll also cover special requests, btw
Everyone has typos. We sure do, all the time. You need a copyeditor to catch them all, no matter how good you are at doing it yourself. It's about getting a fresh set of eyes on the manuscript (especially a set of eyes attached to a brain that knows all the grammar rules).
For more information about this service and more, check out our website in our bio!
“Every character needs a GMC (goal, motivation and conflict), because honestly, that’s the basics of humanity. We all want something and we all have our reasons for wanting it.”

Just discussing plotting with my writing group. A few of us are stuck trying to plot our next novels and we're just not making progress. We've got characters, snippets of dialogue, and a few scenes – but we can't string together a plot.
We've come up with the idea of pantsing our plots. We're just going to start sketching out our outlines and see where we get to.
I recently got an email from a reader complaining about how they were disappointed by the back cover of my new release.
Not the worst complaint I've gotten, but certainly the strangest.
BONUS QUESTION (for good karma pts): Poll-takers, why did you choose the answer that you did? Is it (sub)genre-related or something else?
