kampf
Found a minty fresh Pixel 6 Pro 256GB locally and was able to pick it up yesterday. It's been a long time since I used a premium Android phone for WiGLE.

The LG G6 was a really great phone that I spent good money to get and it was a stellar performer in it's day. The Nexus 5 was my first WiGLE phone, but it had a tough time.

I did a downgrade to Android 12 at the suggestion of El Kentaro, but as this phone had already been upgraded to 13 and 14, it included a downgrade lock. The solution was to flash the Development build, which is completely functional with no appreciable downsides.

I was going about this all in the command line, but found that in Chrome or Edge you can do all of this from a web page using the serial connection. I'd used this only last week to upgrade the firmware on some AR glasses and found it amazing.

So far the Pixel 6 Pro is seeing many more SSIDs and BT than my current phone, the Moto One Ace 5G, which was my step after the G6.

#wigle @WiGLEnet #allthewifi
