HarriettMB<p>Nothing satisfies the hate, stalking and vindictive mindset of the gender critical lot. The Supreme Court gave them the kind of judgement they wanted, despite the biological ignorance of it. The EHRC rushed out a statement that they must now row back. Police and Transport Police salivated over and publicised that they would have men doing strip searches on women they believed to be trans women; and they are looking for more. I truly hope they have overreached in their zealous determination to eradicate people’s actual lives.<br>The big question is - has Swinney the courage to stand up to them, given his unfortunate direction on toilet facilities before alternatives were even in place? <br>It’s simple - make all toilets unisex, suitable for able, disabled, as single lockable units. It’s what happens in a great many countries already.
