Melissa<p>Day 1 of 35 minutes on the bike. I made it through 4 days of 30 minutes last week. I decided not to post my results everyday because they're essentially the same all week. Today was hard not because I couldn't do it. I did it just fine. I just didn't want to workout today. I had zero motivation so I put on music and just pushed my way through it.
