nobody
Here are some pictures to show construction of workbench while it is disassembled. assembly might take little time as there are currently discussions going on regarding what would be best spot for workbench. my original tounge-in-cheek suggestion of keeping it in family room so that I can play there while LOML is watching TV was shot down in rather spirited manner. Oh well...

Workbench is made entirely out of maple & poplar ( non-show pieces ). screws used in construction are either brass or stainless steel. all screw holes are drilled and tapped. previous owner had switched to carving mostly. drawer divider shown in one of the photos housed his carving chisels. I think I will use it for my bench & mortise chisels ( did I mention I recently snagged a collection of practically unused Narex mortise chisels? ). wood has been dyed using aniline dyes. each drawer has been numbered in the back so that they go back in same place again.

I am hoping to conclude negotiations related to bench placement shortly and will post more pics once I start putting it together.

#woodworking #workbench
