JimmyChezPants 🇨🇦<p>Few months ago I finally managed to get a <a href="https://growers.social/tags/mpd" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mpd</span></a> server stood up, along with a snapcast server which works just fine. It's been playing flacs off there for months now without issue.</p><p>Only client, however, is on my phone atm and I'm attempting to setup rompr as a web client, which I chose at random.</p><p>Anyone got a better <a href="https://growers.social/tags/webclient" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>webclient</span></a> suggestion? Apache is always gonna be apache. Everyone likes to do it a little different, symlink from your home dir, use the html subdir, it's aggravating as fuck.</p>

It's fun to see it evolve. Nothing like an active, evolving <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/FOSS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FOSS</span></a> ecosystem!</p><p>Noticing that end-of-toot hashtags, in a toot with pics, get placed below the pic now! That's a *much* nicer presentation. </p><p>Seems to be new in the rev 4.2 beta rev.</p>

This seems like some pretty basic foundational stuff. Its been this way for months. What's the problem?</p>

Want to add a clock, a posting form, and photos? Need it ruthlessly clean? Make it so!</p><p>Will probably spend the weekend fiddling around, adding and removing widgets (instead of, y'know, doing housework or researching.)</p>
