NNN<p>Today's tornado warning let me test-out using Midland Xtalker T50 radios as a possible weather radio for camping. The manual is *really* spotty, but it looks like if set for Weather Alert:<br>- it beeps continuously when there is a weather alert<br>- it screams until you hit the WX button, and only *then* it starts playing the weather radio message<br>- it will loop the weather broadcast forever until you hold WX for 5 seconds to reset it (it can still alert later)</p><p><a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/WeatherAlert" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WeatherAlert</span></a></p>
