Techrot Encore dropped today in Warframe! I'm excited to get in there and see what's new and try things out. This is going to be my last Warframe stream for a bit while I switch over to some play-throughs of other games. Don't worry though! Got some weekly stuff to wrap up in Warframe tonight. I might switch over to Path of Exile 2 towards the end. This is probably going to be one of the last Warframe streams I do for a bit (retiring the game from my streaming regime). I've got Hex to do, Fibbo to please, and a Lich to dispatch.

Managed to get this mostly done before March! After watching the Devstream today, I think this is the best time to post the tl;dr guide for Warframe 1999. If you are just starting to get into this content, you should have enough time to get through everything just before the next content drops on March 19th! There's a small section that needs a pic inserted, so that will happen later on tonight.

I think I'll be finishing my standing rank with the Hex tonight in Warframe. Once that happens, I'll be switching over to bounties with Fibbo (those sweet Archon shards that Bird 3 sells get expensive!), then wrapping up with either relic cracking or Duviri or something else that I need to do. Seriously, there is a never ending concept to this game and I am here for it!

Warframing again. I remembered that I was gated in the main quest by needing a necromech, but it seems like a long grind and I always seem to be solo in the mission. I might just buy one to get past the stage. Anyone have tips for making the grind go faster?

I'm (slowly) progressing into Warframe and acquired my first mastery rank, but I still find aiming with a controller close to impossible, especially while jumping/floating/wall running etc.
I'm also forging a rifle so I'll try to use that instead of the bow (I'm a sucker for bow equipped chars), hoping this will help me aim better.

Anyhoo, one or two missions before starting the day at work seems to do the trick.

Tonight's Warframe gameplan: Wrap up my weekly 1999 objectives with the Hex, do a few bounties with Fibbo, run a few stints of Duviri, and then finishing up with some Belly of the Beast. That is a whole lot of of stuff to do and I am feeling fueled enough to take it on. Woohoo!

So, I fired up Warframe.

- runs EXTREMELY good on Linux (and in 3440x1440 resolution too)
- I need to lower the controller aim sensitivity or something, because...ugh
- Not sure about playing with the controller, seems like more a M+K game to me, but maybe some combos (i.e. bullet jump) could be harsh, I'm not a piano player

Will go back at it in the next days, I'm digging the gameplay (so far)

Should I...uh, should I step into Warframe?

I never ever played it and I'd like to understand what the fuss is all about.

Please note I'm playing exclusively on Desktop Linux and Steam Deck
