The latest update to <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Vivaldi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Vivaldi</span></a> added interplay between the Panels and <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Customizable" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Customizable</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Toolbars" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Toolbars</span></a> so that elements could be moved between them.</p><p>Some keep their <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/modifications" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>modifications</span></a> modest, others go all out.
