Wyvernsridge 🌻:solidarity:<p>WOW! yet another <a href="https://aus.social/tags/startrek" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>startrek</span></a> technology comes to pass! But would you trust <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Telstra" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Telstra</span></a> to "beam you up"? 😂 😂 😂</p>
Tim Richards<p>Has anyone else noticed some weird Telstra black spots that have appeared in the last few months? There's an odd one right at the Flinders/Elizabeth St corner; if you're on a tram you have to wait till it's moved forward a bit before it disappears. Another odd one is next to the Children's Hospital. Strange stuff.</p><p><a href="https://aus.social/tags/telstra" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>telstra</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/australia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>australia</span></a></p>

It absolutely supports 4G calls, and the reason it will stop working is because, as far as I've been able to tell, <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Telstra" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Telstra</span></a> is pulling a bullshit anticonsumer stunt by refusing to _permit_ 4G calls, even after shutting off <a href="https://aus.social/tags/3G" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3G</span></a>, from phones it doesn't sell itself.</p><p>I'm signed up with <a href="https://aus.social/tags/aldimobile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>aldimobile</span></a>, who have been good to me, but since they use the Telstra network, we're both at the mercy of the Telstra. Heather Evans<p>What is it with Telstra? I went with a friend to the Telstra shop in Wangaratta as she was having an issue with her bills being incorrect &amp; was getting no joy online. The service officer was a young girl who said they couldn’t help &amp; it had to be done online or over the phone. After some back &amp; forth with my friend explaining she was having trouble online &amp; on the phone. I suggested that maybe one of the people could actually lead her through the process on their computers, or using their phones as it might help resolve it. The service officer just walked away &amp; went into a back room - walked away without another word! I thought maybe she was fetching someone else, but no - she came back out with a small carton that she proceeded to unpack &amp; put away &amp; we were left just standing there gobsmacked - absolutely appalling service! <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Telstra" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Telstra</span></a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/NoService" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NoService</span></a></p>
