Lats (314 ppm)<p>I hate it! The TGA comes out with crap about reviewing the standards but don’t worry as everything is still safe until they issue new standards. Are we fools to believe that safety actually changes with the standards? They seem to be more concerned about public perception than they are about the truth rather consider that the public may just the TGA is just jollying us along and can’t be trusted. Ivor<p>Had op on cheek by 11am, will have quite big scar but no skin graft. Plastic surgeon says "nobody will take you on in the pub, now".</p><p>For same reason, didn't go into Tesco on way home, got fuel at pay at pump, didn't want to have people running and screaming. The EU allows the use of Quaternium-15 up to 0.2% as a preservative in cosmetic products.</p><p>How to Avoid?</p><p>Read labels and avoid products containing the following ingredients: Formaldehyde, quaternium-15, dimethyl-dimethyl (DMDM) hydantoin, imidazolidinyl urea, diazolidinyl urea, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol (bromopol). In addition, choose nail products that are labeled formaldehyde-free or “toxic-trio-free” (formaldehyde, toluene and DBP). Skip hair-smoothing products—especially those sold in salons, as salon-based products are exempt from labeling laws.
