Joe Vilas<p>I wish Spectrum Cable were on here so I could blast their butts. I finally unpacked their suitcase-sized box with a "new, faster" modem today. After taking the shrinkwrap off, I found that mine was pre-broken. 🤬 The box was the size of a suitcase, &amp; looked perfect when FedEx delivered it. It was also mostly empty space. I'm really glad I don't work for them anymore. They said I voluntarily closed my acct. WRONG.</p><p>What had happened was that an agent in their storefront fat-fingered a new customer's address and canceled whoever lived there -- me -- and then they realized their mistake and canceled that new acct as well before creating the new one WITHOUT fixing mine.</p><p>Jerkoffs. <a href="https://mastodon.coffee/tags/spectrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>spectrum</span></a></p>
