The best thing Musk could to for Tesla, Starlink, and SpaceX right now would be to publicly step right away from those companies.

This would let Tesla executives shutter the Cybertruck and FSD for good and concentrate on what the Tesla cars originally offered—an EV with useful tech and clean driving.

It would let SpaceX concentrate on improving on what works, instead of chasing the fever dream that is Starship—a spacecraft that will never safely land on an unprepared site.

It would stop his capriciousness from interfering with Starlink access, ensuring customers confidence that their access won't suddenly be cut off simply because his undies got twisted.

Let him sit back, gather the profits, and play in his personal sandpit.

Hell, he might even create something new and useful. Or, you know, not.

Dean Blundell · Tesla’s Disastrous Q1 2025: The NAZI/DOGE Chickens Come Home to RoostBy Dean Blundell

“Controlled deorbiting of the Falcon 9 second-stage over Arizona generated spectacular disturbances in the ionospheric plasma measured in total electron content ... Conical and concentric signatures, as well as electron depletion, are consistent with radiation of acoustic waves during Falcon 9 deorbit and/or potential release of constituents."

@arstechnica the kind of infrastructure #SpaceX built is truly insane for the amount of multiprong advancements. It's not just smoke like the Tesla EV thing. This stuff is serious science and engineering advancement with the Starlink thing making communication insanely contemporary. It was possible with US taxpayers money like all the latest enterprises of Mr X. of course, but damn they got their money back.

#NASA announced applications open for the #NASASocial for #SpaceX #Crew11 launch to #ISS. Current schedule is no earlier than July. If accepted, you #travel at your own cost to Florida, but get a one-time press pass to do #SocialMedia news coverage, good for all attempts to launch that rocket. To have a chance of being accepted, you must have followers - the point is to augment the coverage of generalist news media with #space enthusiasts. Apply by April 28. nasa.gov/social-media/nasa-soc #spacegeek
