So the #ShittyCameraChallenge was reborn as #CrappyCommieCameraParty from June 1st to August 31st.
Seems like @ShittyCameraChallenge lost his credentials and is only active on bsky, but we can party like it's 1991 on masto as well! (Anyway, every party member knows that Mastodon is communism and bsky is capitalism!)
Even if my only lens is the Industar / Индустар 61L/Z-MS produced in 1986, and shooting digital will get me sent to Siberia.
@rasterweb That looks like a #ShittyCameraChallenge kids cam with a thermal printer? 
Gave both sides of the QuickCam’s lens a bit of a clean, and that really seemed to help lower the levels of potato-ness.
But the filter in front of the sensor is a bit bleurgh too. But it's nighttime and these things never were great in low light.
It very definitely gives that 90s feel…
All in all, very pleased with this silly little arrival :D
It’s got cataracts that need clearing out, but the colour quickcam works with the 6200! Even in the QuickTime video conferencing program! AppleTalk video calls, here we come

Oh look! I can make non-creepy photos sometimes too if I use real actual film (Ilford HP4+) and a real actual SLR instead of a toy camera! (just ignore the shots done with a cheap plastic screw-on macro lens... i can't help going lo-fi)

My first attempt in at pushing some film in cough-cough years didn't really work. Had to adjust everything a fair bit in photoshop. Hey-ho.
