Jürgen Hubert
Welp, I think my #Scion campaign just died.

One of my players wrote in the group chat that she no longer felt comfortable with the way I GMed, in contrast to an earlier Eberron campaign I had run for the same group, and thus decided to drop out. Then she left the group chat.

And I am assuming that this means that her husband will leave as well, which means I am down to three players - who have been hard enough to schedule for as it is.

She did not elaborate why she felt uncomfortable with my GMing. And to be clear, she is not obligated to explain or justify her decision - if this is not right for her, then it's not right for her.

Still, without such an explanation (and I had no prior awareness of this), I see little point in GMing for this particular group again.

What a bummer. #ttrpg

Jürgen Hubert
I need some ideas for tomorrow's #Scion #ttrpg session.

What kinds of interesting(*) business concepts can you come up with if you would have the supernatural ability to make permanent copies of things?

Traditional folklore uses this to duplicate coins, but I am sure that are other possibilities you could think of.

(*) I.e. the potential to go very, very wrong.

Dr. Zalka Csenge Virág
I just watched #Wonka, and now I really want to make him a slightly unhinged chaotic Scion character. And while the Gods have some excellent reasons to be discreet when acting in the world, the activities of the supernatural are still common enough if you know where to find them.

The default assumption is that the player characters are young descendants of the gods - the titular Scions - who gradually become aware of their heritage, and then try to fulfill their destiny.

I am currently running a Scion campaign that is heavily inspired by German folklore, and it's a lot of fun!

Jürgen Hubert
Question for planning my next #Scion #ttrpg session:

I have a startup whose business plan revolves around magically controlled ants.
