AstroPuNk<p>We Installed a GIANT Space Dome on a Mountain!</p><p>We drove from Melbourne to Toowoomba… via Coonabarabran (because apparently we can’t help turning a dome install into a full-blown road trip).</p><p>Stopped in Coonabarabran for a site visit on a future project — then headed to Mt Kent Observatory to install a brand new 4m Scopedome.</p><p>There were telescopes, late nights, too many servo pies, and one absolutely massive dome. AstroPuNk<p>Certified Telescope Mechanics (Trust Us)</p><p>Diego and I drove into regional Victoria to fix a telescope dome because apparently that’s our life now.</p><p>We adjusted the focuser (it was vibing wrong), tried to mount a Celestron C14 on a pier (it said “no”), and realized we need an adapter the size of my ego.</p><p>It was dusty. It was weirdly emotional.
