noromamai<p>Decided to standardize on this pinout. 1 pin short to add s-video, but that's ok, coz you don't have luma and chroma in SCART, so when making an s-video cable I can repurpose the sync pin. <a href="https://social.consoledated.com/tags/rgb" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>rgb</span></a> <a href="https://social.consoledated.com/tags/scart" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scart</span></a> <a href="https://social.consoledated.com/tags/retrogaming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>retrogaming</span></a></p>

Annabelle Kennedy<p>One thing that I sorely miss from the days of <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/SCART" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SCART</span></a> is when you turn on your <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/DVD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DVD</span></a> or <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/VHS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VHS</span></a> player and it would automatically turn on your TV for you. </p><p>I know additionally having to turn on your TV is no big deal, but why was this feature not ratified in the <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/HDMI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>HDMI</span></a> specification?</p><p>Who do I send a strongly worded letter/email to about this?</p>
