AI6YR Ben<p>Boy, add "extremely high quality vintage sewing machines" to the giant pile of stuff that is almost free if you know how to tune them up. I guess no one needs industrial strength metal sewing machines anymore. (this is a Singer 15 clone, postwar Japan, made with permission of Singer). <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/random" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>random</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/ReduceRepairReuse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ReduceRepairReuse</span></a></p>
AI6YR Ben<p>One more part swapped in The Dryer of Theseus. Radiant flame sensor, which detects when the igniter is hot enough, completing a circuit to allow gas to flow, replaced. Dryer is working, but cycles times slow. <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/dryeroftheseus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dryeroftheseus</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/Dryer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dryer</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/repair" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>repair</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/diy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>diy</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/ReduceRepairReuse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ReduceRepairReuse</span></a></p>
AI6YR Ben<p>Added another badge on the Bike Tooter list. Figured out how to put the bike on an old bike trainer I had snagged off the curb at some point. Only problems to fix, are it is stuck on one setting, and missing the handle for clamping (which cam be done by hand, that said... slowly) <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/BikeTooter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BikeTooter</span></a> <a href="https://m.ai6yr.org/tags/ReduceRepairReuse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ReduceRepairReuse</span></a></p>
