Ross GradySo, I subscribe to the Triangle Business Journal (don't ask), and the daily email nearly always has some variation on "Triangle firm is valued at $1B" or "sold for $200M" or "announces new funding round" or whatever . . . and it's *always* biotech.<br><br>I think that those of us in the traditional silicon-based tech industry still think of the <a class="hashtag" href="https://dood.net/tag/rtp" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#RTP</a> area as kind of an also-ran (despite the presence of IBM, Apple, Google, etc) . . . but on the biotech front, seems like this really is a hot hot spot.
