In the spirit of the approaching #WWIII, I decided to re-process an old bit of #Photography from, jeez 10 years ago. The #Photographic fun you can have with your bike lights. The empty, refuse-dumped blocks on which this serendipitous arrangement of things was found has long since been redeveloped into awful #WhiteMafia #GreyMafia #Hamptons style town houses (built on about 1m of raised earthen embankment - the developers sure believe in sea level rise).
Shooting an Enclave death squad vertibird out of the sky with the mounted gatling laser on my own personal vertibird? Fantastic.
CTD as I fly off into the sunset? Not so much.
Calling out all indie game developers as I have a student who's really great at making drones and ambient sounds with his modular rig and effects.

Bald-headed and ugly, bestial human vultures and condors are the least appealing of the bird-men, and their dietary preferences and reputations do nothing to endear them to human communities.
They are carnivores with a decided preference for carrion. Indeed, they prefer carrion that is particularly ripe, as they say it adds an extra layer of flavor, and while they can eat fresh meat, they enjoy rotting flesh much more.

The large scale #blackout in #Spain and #Portugal caught my attention for multiple reasons.
First, it's an example of the kind of disruption that is much less personally disruptive if you've prepared adequately for emergencies.
Also, it reminded me of the backstory of my #postapocalyptic Island Survival series. Let's keep that scenario in fiction, people!
