Johan<p>Went through the lid pouch of my backpack, to remove clutter and extra weight. Found I have quite the <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/EDC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EDC</span></a> collection...</p><p>I guess it can be split into <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Electronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Electronics</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Tools" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Tools</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Sewing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Sewing</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/EverydayLife" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EverydayLife</span></a>.</p><p>What I'm showing in the photos is the stuff I decided to keep in there (yes, there was more).</p><p>There are also other little pouches on this backpack that I keep other essentials in, but I'll just stay with the one for now.</p><p>Check the <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/AltText" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AltText</span></a> for details.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DIY</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Maker" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Maker</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Repair" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Repair</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Pinecil" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Pinecil</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/Leatherman" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Leatherman</span></a></p>

Some tinning compound might do the trick, but I think I definitely need to upgrade to something better.</p><p>Thanks to <span class="h-card"><a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@slembcke" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>slembcke</span></a></span> for the recommendation</p>
Trixter of the Moon Council<p>Last night I re-fixed the battery in my Pokemon Emerald cart (the thing that convinced me I needed better than the cheapest available soldering iron in the first place) even though I told myself I'd wait for the weekend, and now I just... I want to solder more things. <a href="https://retro.pizza/tags/Pinecil" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Pinecil</span></a></p>
Trixter of the Moon Council<p>I appreciate that the <a href="https://retro.pizza/tags/Pinecil" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Pinecil</span></a> has a transparent shell available because they know their audience and it's people who love transparent electronics.</p>
