It requires men to make some sacrifices, because patriarchy by definition involves men taking more than their fair share. </p><p>It’s time for us to acknowledge this reality, and to acknowledge that men are resistant to feminism because they want more than they’re entitled to—not because they’re crazy, mean, or hate women. <br>Feminism requires men to give some things up. In return, they gain their full humanity, their critical thinking, their ability to love, their ability to live a life filled with something other than emptiness.
