Don't forget the importance of your local and state #elections.

If the #presidency and #Congress join the #SupremeCourt in being undemocratic or #fascist, there may be some measure of protection if your city (#township, etc.), #county (#parish, etc.), #state (#commonwealth, etc.), and other non-federal #legislative bodies and positions are governed by those who staunchly protect or advance our rights, freedoms, and liberties as best they can.

Every #vote in every #election can matter.

During Mass today I suffered a panic attack. Hopefully it was only a panic attack. I am still not 100% after my heart attack on New Year’s Day. I really want our #parish to succeed. But it is hard to get people in the Deep South to come to a #liberal church. Especially a liberal Old Catholic Church. But we keep affirming and supporting our #LGBT community and all those disenfranchised by mainstream churches.
