Scenario: Bluesky domain goes offline along with all related services such as storage, cdn etc for an extended amount of time

Unlike Mastodon, on atproto all user data (follow, follower, posts etc) is technical available for transfer. With all services down, can I still migrate? If cdn is down, wouldn't I lose all media files?

My day job is a field engineer, which means I solve customer’s business problems with software. I’m a developer, solutions/enterprise architect, devrel depending on the day of the week.
