Add in a tomato and bacon sauce (500g), bring up to a simmer. Add in a 250g tub of mascapone, and letit all mix in and bring back to a simmer. Throw in about 100g of mozzarella, and you get a nice thick cheesy sauce... too cheesy.

So throw in a load of tomato puree until it has a slight tomato tang again.

Cook up 500g of pasta, divide into various dishes, pour over and mix in the sauce. Sprinkle the top with a mix of strong cheddar and mozzarella and pop in the oven for about 30 mins to get a nice crispy topping... or if the sauce/pasta is still hot, under the grill to achieve the same result.

Also take a nice flatbread, smother with garlic and herb butter, some more cheddar and mozzarella and also pop under the gril until crispy and slightly burnt around the edges (oops)

There's enough for at least 5 or 6 portions.

#NomNomNom
