Shopping online is *so much* easier (for me, anyway).</p><p>Faster, cheaper, better choice/range, easier returns, and so on.</p><p>And so high streets get worse and worse. </p><p>Much of <a href="https://mastodon.neilzone.co.uk/tags/Newbury" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Newbury</span></a> is closed down already. </p><p>What is left is... uninspired.</p><p>Wilko would leave another massive vacant unit but... I can't remember the last time I bought something from Wilko. It strikes me as a white elephant shop: occasionally useful, but nothing more.</p>
