DivestSPD<p>We've been focused on Patterson from the beginning because he's so symptomatic of the deep rot at SPD.</p><p>SPD is under federal consent decree because of guys like this. And what does SPD do? Puts them in charge of supervising and molding the next generation.</p><p>Patterson gunned down Henry Frankie Lee, Sr., a 77-year-old Black man with Alzheimer’s who called the police to report a prowler. DivestSPD<p>OPA completed the investigation in January and issued sustained findings against Patterson but not the other officer.</p><p>The chief still hasn't issued discipline. Patterson has been on leave since last year.
