I guess you get to murder anyone you want, if they're loud and saying not nice things.</p><p>A civilian with no authority whatsoever murdered a guy with a chokehold and was allowed to just leave without being charged.</p><p>It's a comforting thought that, if ever I am murdered under dubious circumstances by someone who has no authority, they'll have to face some mild questions from the local paper.</p><p>But, hey, at least they placed the victim in the rescue position after choking him to death in front of a subway full of witnesses. It's the thought that counts.</p>

He never attacked anyone. </p><p>But, being that we live in a country full of braindead star fuckers who think they're the next Hero in Waiting, the belligerent voice of a person with nothing was treated as a deadly threat by a white boy who, apparently, doesn't know how shit works on the subway. So, what we got was a 15 minute chokehold, AKA murder in the 2nd Degree.</p><p>I rode the MBTA in Boston for years. I saw literal assaults.
