Here is my video of the Boston Fireworks taken from Buck Hill. Apologies, my ancient camcorder had difficulties with the auto-focus in the low light, but it should look fine if viewed on a smaller screen. Visibility was amazing this night, especially considering how many hazy days there have been recently.
From Buck Hill, the big Boston display appears just to the left of 30 Dalton and the Prudential Center, the top of which was appropriately lit up in red, white and blue!
What really surprised me was all of the backyard fireworks displays happening at the same time. Even with the narrow angle of view from my zoom lens, there are an amazing number of other displays happening at the same time and all of them are quite impressive in their own right. Shout outs to Mattapan, Dorchester, Roxbury, and Milton.
