With a huge influx of support issues on the forum and a significant amount of people reporting <a href="https://aus.social/tags/CompleteFailure" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#CompleteFailure</a> their response was not ownership or even acknowledgement and a pause of the rollout and/or roll-back to a working version was not even entertained. The only solution for many was to roll back to a previous version (if you could find the binaries) but then back end changes meant that subsequently <a href="https://aus.social/tags/failed" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#failed</a> also leaving many with non-functional servers.Support pages on their internet page are being edited or removed post-rollout to remove information about compatible hardware that no longer works after the update.I would rank this rollout as one of the worst I have ever experienced and has cemented the fact that they do not care about <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Support" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Support</a> or good <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Software" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Software</a> distribution practices but instead will take your money and leave you with a completely unusable product and barely any support.<a href="https://aus.social/tags/ShitShow" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#ShitShow</a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Software" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Software</a> <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Rollout" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Rollout</a>

Problem is I like to stream from my collection to wherever I am out of the house. Set up and port forwarding successful but eventually <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/RoomARC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#RoomARC</a> will tell me the signal is not strong enough and stops streaming. <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Plexamp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Plexamp</a> will be working just fine. This is regardless of signal strength. Any ideas? Eugenia LSo I gave up trying to make Raspberry Pi 5 work adequately as a desktop, and started using it as a server. I installed <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Jellyfin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Jellyfin</a>, streaming to our network our 27k+ songs, and then casting it to our hi-fi system via the phone app. All songs were legally acquired between 2008 & 2013 (plus our ripped CDs from the past).
