I hear they've made improvements since 1942. Internet is a bit sketchy bc there's still no electricity, water is rationed and the guards have been replaced by Blackwater.</p>
David P<p>Being a non American, I've been wondering where I've heard of the "Alien Enemies Act" before. Flipboard Culture Desk<p>More than 10,000 Japanese Americans were incarcerated at Manzanar Relocation Center, Calif., during World War II. Playing and watching baseball was one of the ways these Americans tried to retain some sense of normalcy. Dan Kwong is a longtime volunteer at Manzanar, which became a national historic site in 1992 — his late mother, Momo Nagano, was incarcerated there as a teenager. Of course, there will always be a subset that quietly marches off to concentration camps, hoping this will all end when people "come to their sense."
