B. einen Account auf subversive.zone bei dem ich 1500 Zeichen lange Beiträge schreiben kann.</p><p>Wie gesagt diese zerstückelten Beiträge sind echt nervig, zumal sie genau so im Stream ankommen, als nicht zusammenhängende Stücke.</p><p><a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Meinung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Meinung</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Beitr%C3%A4ge" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Beiträge</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fediverse</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Teilbeitr%C3%A4ge" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Teilbeiträge</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Microblogging" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Microblogging</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Macroblogging" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Macroblogging</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=genervt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>genervt</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=Raven" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Raven</span></a> <a href="https://anonsys.net/search?tag=2023-04-20" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>2023-04-20</span></a> <span class="h-card"><a href="https://squeet.me/profile/fediversede" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>fediversede</span></a></span></p>
Arda Kılıçdağı<p>By the way, I hate people mentioning <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/mastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>mastodon</span></a> , but they actually mean <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fediverse</span></a> . Mastodon is a simple client. There are tons of decentralized apps, and these all can interact with each other. We should appreciate them all 😊 </p><p>For example, you can use <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/pleroma" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pleroma</span></a> or <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/misskey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>misskey</span></a> for microblogging too, <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/pixelfed" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pixelfed</span></a> for images, <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/peertube" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>peertube</span></a> for <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/video" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>video</span></a> s, <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/hubzilla" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>hubzilla</span></a> for <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/macroblogging" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>macroblogging</span></a> , <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/funkwhale" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>funkwhale</span></a> for <a href="https://micro.arda.pw/tags/music" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>music</span></a>, and you can follow anyone from anywhere from the place you're reading this.</p><p><a href="https://fediverse.party" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">fediverse.party</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>
♾️ 스노 (雪亮 Yuki) 🔏 🔱<p>Welcome to my <a class="hashtag" href="https://public.garden/tag/rebased" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#rebased</a> account.</p><p>This is the first time I’m using “rebased”, it is a fork of <a class="hashtag" href="https://public.garden/tag/pleroma" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Pleroma</a>. I am liking the UI because of the familiarity and simple approach. This is good for those who are migrating from Twitter, and I will recommend this (specifically Public Garden instance, of course) to my network.</p><p>I also love the onboarding process, the most important part lacking in other <a class="hashtag" href="https://public.garden/tag/fediverse" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Fediverse</a> platforms. It explained what the Fediverse is, and what the Federated Timeline is. I haven’t encountered though an explanation on how to add users from other servers (or I might have missed it because I’m not new to the Fediverse).</p><p>Oh, and recommended users during the onboarding process is one useful plus. (I think Misskey and forks, as well as, Friendica and Hubzilla, have an upfront recommended users after signing up; I can’t quite remember… the problem with being familiar with the entire process, you start to ignore things.)</p><p>One more thing. The Public.Garden instance allows up to 5,000 characters, just like the C.IM (Mastodon) instance; while the <a href="http://hashi.icu" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">hashi.icu</a> (Misskey) instance have a whopping 300,000-character limit. (I have an account in C.IM and <a href="http://hashi.icu." rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">hashi.icu.</a>)</p><p>500-character limit (most common), or anything less than 5,000 characters, is not enough in the Fediverse network where people regularly engage in fruitful discussions and Q&amp;A. I guess that is what’s called <a class="hashtag" href="https://public.garden/tag/macroblogging" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#macroblogging</a>.</p>
