No necesariamente.

Pensar sigue siendo nuestra tarea

#IA #MIT #DeudaCognitiva #ChatGPT

James Akers
I visited MIT and Harvard a few days ago. I aspire to be a masters student at Media Lab one day. It was neat seeing the Sol Lewitt at MIT, and the Argo floats.
I have always wanted to see the Blaschka creations and they truly are stunning. Created to help botanists study all the plants in the world and have them always be in bloom , they are made of glass with some wire and a little paint here an there... but pretty much all glass. And they made them with oil powered lamps with foot powered bellows to boost up the flame. Perhaps some of the most impressive glass objects commissioned over the course of 50 years from father and son.
I timed my visit to align with summer, when campus feels different and most of the faculty I want to talk to are out of town traveling. I gotta return when things start back up.
Big thanks to my friend Anna at Harvard for hosting and giving me a little dog walking tour of Harvard.

#newengland #glass #botany #plants #Harvard #mit #sollewitt #cambridge
