This active duty airman is well within the law in his protest, because he is not in uniform, not on duty, not on post, in the United States, and not in a situation where violence is likely to occur. He has obviously done his homework and I'm impressed by this.</p><p>2. The story mentioned the litigation of one of my clients, Alan Kennedy.</p><p>3. The cause he is protesting for is just. Ther is no valid reason that humanitarian goods are not allowed to freely enter <a href="https://babka.social/tags/Gaza" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Gaza</span></a>. War is never a lawful excuse to stop food, medicine, and needed supplies to a civilian population.</p><p><a href="https://babka.social/tags/ShalomSalaam" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ShalomSalaam</span></a> <a href="https://babka.social/tags/Peace" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Peace</span></a> <a href="https://babka.social/tags/Palestine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Palestine</span></a> <a href="https://babka.social/tags/Israel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Israel</span></a> <a href="https://babka.social/tags/LarryHebert" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LarryHebert</span></a></p>
