subobscura
My #hellofresh saga continues. I had my doubts, because this recipe seemed super basic- crunchy onion chicken with green beans and garlic ciabatta bread. But let me tell you, it at least *smells* amazing, and it is torture sitting here waiting for J to get home so we can eat. Bonus, it's nice lite fair for a hot evening and won't sit as heavy on the stomach as the Southwest pasta did. So far, well worth my trial $20. Also, I like that I don't have a ton of ingredients I have to buy individually, or a lot of ingredient and food waste when I'm done. My only wish is less plastic packaging, but I think there may be no other practical way to do it. Maybe biodegradable plastic is an option for the future.
