Lorker

Ich habe fstab bisher noch nie angefasst.

Reina :lesbian_flag: :anarchy_heart:
Anyone with Linux experience able to provide some help? I run latest Fedora.

I just got a new HDD and swapped it with an old one. Before doing so, I made sure to comment out the line in /etc/fstab that auto-mounted the old disk.

However, now whenever I attempt to boot, it takes a long time before it fails and shows a screen that says "you are in emergency mode". It also says that it cannot open access to the console because the root account is locked.

I tried to boot into a Fedora Live USB and mount the partitions like in a guide I found on Fedora's websites, but just got errors (I believe they were permission-related even if I tried sudo).
