BC: a few new #wind projects in December.

What social attitudes must we create to stop the #pipelines, #fracking, #LNG, etc.?

We have the awareness, through society, but the desire isn't there. It's opposed by status quo convenience & #BigCarbon & weak politicians.

We also have the knowledge & ability to address #climatechange in BC, but without leadership, and STARTing, we can't reinforce positive change!

#Plastic is a supply-driven issue, the campaigners emphasise.

Wright, a former #fracking exec, has emerged as the most forceful promoter of #Trump’s plans to expand American oil & gas production & dismantle virtually every federal policy aimed at curbing #GlobalWarming.

4 earthquakes in 5 days near Fort St. John, B.C., linked to fracking: seismologist
The Earthquake Canada website lists all of the recent quakes as “suspected industry-related” events — in other words, related to fracking in the area, Natural Resources Canada earthquake seismologist John Cassidy says.
