Emeritus Prof Christopher May<p>Its not often I and myself on the same side of an argument with Andrew Bailey (BoE Governor), but when arguing against Rachel Reeves potential programme of de-regulation of financial services, he pointed out: 'There isn’t a trade-off between financial stability & growth.
