In explicit terms, <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/Congress" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Congress</span></a> not only approved the <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/MountainValleyPipeline" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MountainValleyPipeline</span></a>, but "<a href="https://masto.ai/tags/Section234" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Section234</span></a>" of the debt ceiling bill also took away the ability of <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/FederalCourts" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FederalCourts</span></a> to hear any remaining challenges to it (um, what?).</p><p><a href="https://masto.ai/tags/SCOTUS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SCOTUS</span></a></p>
