Dario Baronchelli<p>Weiß jemensch Rat?</p><p>Ich habe meinem alten MacBook Air (2011) mit Intel-i5-Prozessor und 2 GB RAM <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/elementaryOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>elementaryOS</span></a> (Ubuntu-Derivat) raufgebügelt.</p><p>Nun kann das Gerät nicht mehr gestartet werden; es zeigt mir folgendes an: Schreibfehler in Sektor 0x7fa0 HD1 und "partitioning error: disk commit er.: failed to commit libparted changes to "/dev/sda": No such file or directory (os error 2)".</p><p>Das OS, das gestern noch funktionierte, lässt sich auch nicht nochmals installieren.</p><p>Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!🙏</p>

DORO ⋈<p>I replaced Linux Mint with elementary OS, and I’m very happy with it. Mint is not bad, but it’s not exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure elementary is it. After using it for several hours, I can say that it’s even faster than Mint and looks super nice. I know it would be too much work for me and take too long, <strong>but</strong> I feel it would be really fun at least for a while. I installed elementary OS on my 2014 MacBook Air after I stopped receiving updates to OSX. This computer is now running much better than it did under the most recent Mac OS update I was able to install. The only thing I don't understand is why CMD isn't the default instead of CTRL.
