Scott the F is implicit Baxter<p>This pedal. Turns my guitar into a different instrument. I can't leave it alone. I keep trying to get another sound from it and then just noodling around rather than recording anything. Scott the F is implicit Baxter<p>Despite having one, and looking at diagrams on electrosmash, and watching TPS's recent video, I do not know what a phaser is or what it does.</p><p>Flange and chorus are simple: mix in modulated delay with optional feedback. Same delay for each frequency.</p><p>180 deg is inverted, no prob, but 90 deg out of phase would be a delay of 1/4 a WAVELENGTH, different for different frequencies. How does a parallel resistor and capacitor acting as a high/low pass filter do that??</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/GearSquad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GearSquad</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/EffectPedals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EffectPedals</span></a></p>

S★m V★rm★<p>Wrap up: I feel comfortable to move forward and tackle anything I need with now, but it took 15-20hrs of a learning curve. But it's exciting to know that I'll be able to so some mind-bending stuff on the fly live, without a bunch of external aux switches etc, as well as customize the rig for any genre or celebrity that we may end up working with! 👀 (9/9)</p><p><a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/guitar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>guitar</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/EffectPedals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EffectPedals</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/GuitarEffects" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GuitarEffects</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/music" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>music</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/gearsquad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>gearsquad</span></a></p>

(I don't know how or how well the memory for those works.)<br>One sounds like a Dalek. :)<br>Mic or instrument in. Some effects sound good with guitar.<br>Can do stereo out, couple of patches with "PNG" in the name may be ping-pong.<br>Knobs are gain and eq. NigelTufnel<p>Awright <a href="https://guitar.rodeo/tags/GearSquad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GearSquad</span></a> I have (virtually) built my ideal pedalboard using the Pedaltrain app and iOS markup. This is what I’d bring with me for a live board to plug into the Half Pint, or to make recording easier. Right now my pedals are loose and daisy chained, which means set up and take down for each session. I don’t have the Karma OD-10 but that’s my placeholder for an overdrive to compliment the Deco and drive the tubes in the Half Pint a bit at lower volumes. <a href="https://guitar.rodeo/tags/guitar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>guitar</span></a> <a href="https://guitar.rodeo/tags/effectpedals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>effectpedals</span></a></p>
