It's been a day.

I got bills paid, but before that, I got a phone call from my neighbor across the way: One of our neighbors here in the complex passed today.

T (as I'll call her here), and R (another neighbor) are very broken up about it. T actually found the gentleman dead after she received a phone call from him. He had heart surgery not long ago, and wasn't feeling well today.

I'm not the best neighbor in the world. They wave, say hello, ask me how I am, but I just go on and live my hermit life. I went over this afternoon to T's after she called and gave her a hug, and just listened. R had worked with the deceased for 20+ years, and he is very torn up about it. I'm going to be checking in on them more, and even visiting more. I may not have a great deal in common with them, but it's the community I have, and they really are nice folks.

I ordered pizza for dinner, and am going to try to get some ESO time in. I'm doing a Golden Pursuits challenge. The Big reward is a massive player house. It's YUGE!

I hope all is well out there with you.
Be kind to your neighbors.
Hydrate.
Love on your fur kids. Or..ya know...your humanoid kids, if that's what ya got.

In other news. My ̶n̶e̶r̶d̶work room has been made ready. Only a webcam needs to be added, which DHL was supposed to deliver today. But of course they didn't... Hopefully tomorrow 🙃.

Thanks to the @uesp for the cliffracer plush and the posters (beside the Vvardenvell one, that's from the collectors edition of ESO's Morrowind chapter).

Am dealing with what I hope are the final days of a long-term cold (ending Week 3 of it now; this is why I mask!), but managed to get some things done: went for a walk, made baguettes, began a new #knitting project (fishermen's stitch!), gamed a wee bit (#ESO), and wrote a full synopsis of a novel idea that I've been sketching out through so many different angles in 30+ pages in my notebook, and I *finally* have a solid full plot! A good day!

To anyone that plays ESO/Elder Scrolls Online:

Has the latest update changed the game in a positive enough way, in your opinion?

I know it's just the start of many future big changes, but I've been thinking about reactivating my subscription and was wondering if now would be a good time.

Or maybe I should wait a bit and play another MMO in the meantime?🤔
